We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale, clearance, or intimate items for hygiene reasons.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Return Shipping Cost
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@wjliving.com, and we will cover the return cost.

  • Shipping fees (including express or insurance costs) are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.
Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment, please contact us in time.
After the order is shipped, if the package interception fails, please ask for the return address from us after the package is signed for, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
No compensation will be given for rejected packages.
 
Returns
Return period: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition with our labels attached.
 
Refund policy: Buyers will receive a full refund upon successful return.
 
Return shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. The return address will be provided after our team confirms your return request.
 
Modification: Once a return is agreed according to our return policy, no further modifications will be accepted.
 
Size exchange
Eligibility: Size exchange is available if the item is unused and still has our labels attached. Each order is eligible for one exchange.
 
Exchange process: Size exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and are subject to availability. When contacting us, please provide the reason for the exchange and the size required.
 
Shipping and Fees: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment fees. Additional fees may apply, such as price differences between sizes and sales tax (if applicable). Our team will provide a return address after confirming the exchange.
 
Out of stock items
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will cancel and refund even if your order has been confirmed. You will be notified by email after the cancellation is processed.
 
Unacceptable return/exchange reasons
We will not process returns or exchanges in the following cases:
 
The product does not meet the "30-day return/exchange" criteria.
 
The product is used improperly, such as contact with wet objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergents, solvents or cooking oil, or overheated.
The product has loose threads or cracks due to scratches from hard objects on the outside or internal wear.
The product is faded due to display.
The product does not look clean.
Not our product (missing our quality control label).
Products on promotion or participating in activities (except for defective and quality problem items).
There are any signs of damage to the outer packaging or product (including accessories or parts) at the time of delivery.
Before returning any product or initiating a size exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team. We are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding our returns, exchanges, and shipping policies.
 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
